Good questions.
Is there really no monthly fee?
Correct. We sell the VSeeBox device only, as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges from us of any kind. What you watch and which services you use on the box is entirely up to you.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the U.S. for a flat $12 per order, however many boxes you buy, and once a box is in stock it usually lands in 3 to 7 business days. That is an estimate, since carriers vary. Inside Wisconsin it's free: hand delivery in Green Bay and De Pere, tracked shipping everywhere else in the state.
How much is delivery, and how fast is it?
Pickup at The Shop is free. Hand delivery in Green Bay and De Pere (including Ashwaubenon, Allouez, Howard, Suamico and Bellevue) is free, and you pick the window. Once a box is in stock it usually arrives in 1 to 2 days. The rest of Wisconsin ships tracked and free, in 2 to 4 business days once a box is in stock. Anywhere else in the U.S. is a flat $12 per order. Type any ZIP into the delivery map to see yours.
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes, and it's free. Choose Pickup at The Shop at checkout. The Shop is our sister company at 2740 Packerland Drive, Green Bay, WI 54313. We'll email you when your order is ready, so there's nothing to guess at.
Can I try one before I buy it?
That's what The Shop is for. Live demos happen in person there, with several VSeeBoxes working on 20+ televisions and speakers. It's at 2740 Packerland Drive in Green Bay, and the Shop section has a directions link. The remote and TV above are a simulation, so this is the way to see the real thing.
What happens if it's out of stock?
When we're out, the buy buttons turn into a waitlist. Leave your email and we'll email people in the order they joined, one email each, as boxes arrive. We don't hold a box for you, so it's first come, first served once the email lands. No spam.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders delivered to a Wisconsin address, and orders picked up at The Shop, get Wisconsin sales tax. Your cart shows an estimate from your ZIP, and the exact amount is set by where it goes. Orders shipped to other states aren't charged sales tax at checkout. Tax rules differ from state to state, so if you're unsure what applies to you, ask your state or a tax pro.
How do I pay?
With PayPal. It's the only payment method we take. You approve the payment in PayPal using your balance or anything linked to your PayPal account, and we never see your card or bank details.
What do I need to use it?
A TV with an HDMI port and a home internet connection (Wi-Fi or ethernet). That's it. The box, the $100 voice remote, power supply, and HDMI cable are all in the package.
What if it doesn't work with my TV?
It works with any TV that has an HDMI port, which is darn near every TV made in the last 15 years. Hit a snag? Please visit The Shop at 2740 Packerland Drive, Green Bay and we'll make it right, including a full refund within 30 days.
